Open Studio

A Weekly Space for Relational Presence and Integration

Relational Presence and Trauma Integration

Open Studio is an online Relational Fielding practice space held by Adam Sippola. With a commitment to relational presence, we tend to and participate in the relational field with loving awareness, cultivating the capacity to meet, be with, and integrate what arises in us. Adam guides a variety of practices that support embodiment, wakefulness, healing, and evolution.

Open Studio sessions are a great place to connect with others more authentically, expand your capacity for presence and emotional intelligence, develop healthy relationship skills, and integrate trauma symptoms that may show up as habitual activation, fragmenting, absencing, freezing, or reactivity.

Participants are invited to exercise agency and discernment, moving toward more choice, freedom, and sovereignty while honoring the interdependent nature of relating and acknowledging the ways others impact and shape their experience. And, when guided integration processes are underway, there is an expectation to practice staying with ourselves and the group, gently expanding capacity for attuned presence. Relational field work is most potent in a space of mutual commitment.

What Happens at Open Studio?

Each week, Adam will bring fresh invitations to inter-being, supported by practices that may include:

  • Meditation and inner presence practices

  • Relational mindfulness and conscious communication practices

  • Embodiment and movement practices

  • Journaling, poetry, and other writing exercises

  • Guided trauma integration processes

We orient to the relational field as space of resource, growth, and insight. The wider holding of the sessions happens through the field of Life, the source of generative love.
