Life is Already Calling

Some moments ask us to listen more deeply.

Moments of transition. Loss. Illness. Relationship. Birth. Death. Or moments when we intuitively know something in us is ready to shift.

I believe our bodies carry an innate wisdom that knows how to heal when given the right atmosphere, context, and relational support. My work is devoted to creating spaces where we can soften, the heart can open, and the deeper movements of life can be heard, felt, and explored.

Through trauma-informed somatic guidance, Presence Touch, and relational field work, I accompany individuals, couples, and groups through trauma, life transitions, and relationship challenges, supporting a growing availability and capacity for life.

Whether we're listening to the wisdom of your body, attuning to the needs of your relationship, or discovering what becomes possible in the shared intelligence of a group, I meet you with curiosity, compassion, and presence.

Together, we honor your inherent wholeness while gently meeting the parts of you that are ready to be seen, held, understood, and welcomed home.

My calling is helping people restore the original movement of aliveness and remember the wholeness that is always present.

Welcome.

I'm glad you're here.

  • “Adam exudes a wisdom and awareness that bespeaks a huge amount of experience in healing from trauma. I am extremely grateful that he has chosen to make it his purpose to share his wisdom and compassion with the world, and have benefitted from it greatly. His relational intuition makes him an adept facilitator and leader of groups and an attuned and sensitive interlocutor. I will continue to seek and be enriched by Adam's medicine and mentorship.”
