Presence is the conscious devotion to be with the movements of life. Where inner presence is the cultivation of awareness, living stillness, and flow within the body, in relational presence we commit to a moment-by-moment conscious relationship with the forces of creation alive and moving within us, between us, and among us in the shared group field.

We will explore the relationship between presence and the healing of trauma - our unintegrated past, and how inner and relational presence practices can support our embodiment (incarnation), as well as our awakening (transcendence).

In this interactive discussion and experience, Adam will lead the group in relational presence practices including meditation, interoception, embodiment, attunement, and relational mindfulness, and he may guide an integration process if anyone present feels called to participate.
