Grief Gathering: A Crossover Circle
𝐀𝐧 𝐈𝐧𝐯𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐭𝐨 𝐇𝐨𝐧𝐨𝐫 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐖𝐞’𝐯𝐞 𝐋𝐨𝐬𝐭
Grief touches us all. We grieve family members, friends, and animals who have died, relationships that have changed or ended, communities that have dissolved, and the loss of our sense of safety, belonging, or purpose.
We grieve for what feels broken or unrecoverable: for the hard-to-fathom impacts of wars, massacres, genocides, and other human perpetrated violence.
And we grieve for the world: the land, the water, the destabilization of climate, the loss of species.
This circle is an invitation to feel and honor these losses together. To presence what we see and feel, as well as what remains hidden and unfelt. Grief is communal, and can be a powerful gateway to deepening our capacity for the full spectrum of life and love.
